[wip amnesty] abandoned rtfbt sequel

i started this for rtfbt's second birthday but as you can see i never finished... and then kels wrote <thicker than water> so there's no more need for me to say anything further about the actual games :') this was literally just going to be an excuse to write the career pack making out w e/o for fun and competition and capitol entertainment so nothing of value was rly lost but nonetheless here's what i had c/p'd directly from the gdoc
